　　I’m Glad to Get in Touch with You

　　It’s 3 p.m. The market has just closed and there comes a lull.

　　Now it’s time for a coffee break. I turn on my mobile phone and see 2 missed calls, 3 text messages.

　　Oh, it will be a busy afternoon just preparing for the business trip to Hong Kong this week.

　　Where would be a good place to take a client out for lunch in Central Hong Kong?

　　I ended up choosing “L16” which is located in the center of Hong Kong Park and dialed then for a reservation.

　　“Hi, I would like to make a reservation for lunch this Thursday at 12 p.m.”

　　“May I have your name please?”

　　“My name is Liv Kim and I would prefer window seats, please.”

　　“How many people will there be?” “Only 2.”

　　“The reservation is completed under your name. Thank you for calling.”

　　I should also remember to give Tony, whom I will meet through Andrew, a call.

　　I have to call him right away to first introduce myself and then schedule the time and place to meet.

　　下午3點(diǎn)，剛閉市，周圍籠罩在寧靜當(dāng)中。

　　現(xiàn)在是喝咖啡休息的時(shí)間。我打開手機(jī)，有2 個(gè)未接電話和3 條未讀短信。

　　哎呀，今天下午單是準(zhǔn)備這周香港的出差之行也夠我忙的。

　　想在香港中心區(qū)請顧客吃午飯，有什么好地方嗎？

　　我決定在香港公園內(nèi)的L16 吃飯，于是給飯店打電話預(yù)約了座位。

　　“你好，我想預(yù)約餐桌，星期四中午12 點(diǎn)的。”

　　“您貴姓？”

　　“我叫金慧蓮，我想要訂靠窗戶的桌子。”

　　“幾位？”“兩位。”

　　“以您的名義預(yù)訂的餐桌已經(jīng)預(yù)約好了，感謝來電。”

　　這次出差還要通過安德烈認(rèn)識(shí)托尼，不能忘記給托尼打個(gè)電話。

　　我還是先給他打電話做自我介紹，然后安排跟他見面的時(shí)間和地點(diǎn)吧。
