My View on Retiring Age

In China, there is law to set the specific retiring age for women and men. Female can retire at the age of 55; while male have to be 60. Aim at this phenomenon, now there is a hot discussion about this age problem. Many people think this age is not scientific, and the government should issue new policy to give more chance to the new generation. As far as I am concerned, it would be better if the retiring age can be more flexible. 
在中國(guó)，有法律規(guī)定男性跟女性具體的退休年齡。女性55歲時(shí)可以退休；而男性就要到60歲才可以退休。針對(duì)這一現(xiàn)象，如今對(duì)這一問(wèn)題的討論是很激烈的。許多人認(rèn)為這個(gè)年齡是不科學(xué)的，而且政府應(yīng)該出臺(tái)新政為新的一代提供更多的機(jī)會(huì)。就我而言，如果退休年齡可以更加靈活是最好的。
On the one hand, as different people will be different in health situation, work stress, work age, so everybody needs their own suitable retiring age. For example, some people are in good health, so they can work for a long time even do some labor work, while for those whose health situation is not good may be difficult to work so long. Other situations also have the similar reason. If the government can carry out some flexible retiring age, they can get rid of the job not suitable for them quickly. Otherwise, some people work for their whole life, but couldn’t enjoy their life for a long time. On the other hand, if the old generation doesn’t retire, the new generation couldn’t have the opportunity to walk into their working position. It is not good for the development of a country.
一方面，因?yàn)椴煌�的人身體狀況，工作壓力，工作年齡會(huì)不一樣，所以每個(gè)人適合退休的年齡是不一樣的。例如，有些人身體健康，所以他們工作時(shí)間可以點(diǎn)，甚至可以做一些勞力的工作，而那些健康狀況不是很好的可能就難以適應(yīng)工作那么長(zhǎng)。其他情況，也是同樣的道理。如果政府可以實(shí)施彈性退休年齡，他們就可以更快的擺脫這個(gè)不適合他們的工作。否則，有些人一生都在工作，到最后卻沒(méi)多長(zhǎng)時(shí)間來(lái)享受生活。另一方面，如果老一代不退休，新一代就沒(méi)有機(jī)會(huì)步入工作崗位。這是不利于一個(gè)國(guó)家的發(fā)展的。
In conclusion, it would be better if retiring age could be more flexible based on different people. It is not only good for people, but also the whole society. 
總之，如果退休年齡可以根據(jù)個(gè)人情況而實(shí)現(xiàn)彈性化會(huì)更好。這不僅僅對(duì)我們大家有好處，對(duì)整個(gè)社會(huì)也是好的。
