how...分句在我理解看來都是在句中做成份的，但下面的句子我不太懂how many作什么成份？作哪個的成份？related的賓語嗎？仿佛也不對，由于related 是表語，不缺成份。

how many 為限定詞，修飾主語car accidents。傳統語法覺得how many作定語，修飾主語car accidents. nationwide為副詞作后置定語。
